Our Legal Services department is responsible for:
* drafting and reviewing contracts as well as fund-related documents
* providing legal support for fund approval and amendment procedures with the Austrian Financial Market Authority (FMA)
* handling legal inquiries within Erste Asset Management Austria
Additionally, the department supports foreign subsidiaries with legal matters upon request.
Your background
* Student in a field of legal studies (Rechtswissenschaften, Wirtschaft und Recht)
* interest in securities, especially in capital markets and investment fund law
* excellent German and English language skills
* very good knowledge of MS Office (especially Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
* strong team player
