Chef de Partie - Pastry
Key Responsibilities
* Prepare high‑quality desserts, pastries, tarts, petit fours, and chocolates to guest satisfaction.
* Prepare mise en place.
* Participate in the introduction of new bakery products and desserts and present them together with the Pastry Chef.
* Ensure smooth organization and workflow in pastry in the absence of the Pastry Chef.
* Receive and check incoming orders.
* Store all food and raw materials properly, maintaining cleanliness and compliance with food hygiene (HACCP).
* Ensure compliance with all The Ritz‑Carlton pastry standards.
Your Qualifications
* Successfully finished vocational training as a chef or a confectioner.
* Experience in pastry.
* High professional competence and creativity.
* Autonomous and independent working style.
* Quality consciousness and enthusiasm.
* Good knowledge of English; German is advantageous.

Compensation & Onboarding
The statutory gross minimum remuneration for this position, based on full‑time employment, is €2,263.00 per month. A higher salary may be offered depending on qualifications and experience. Our onboarding includes a two‑day welcome program.
