INNIO's Supplier Quality Team is the primary interface between suppliers and internal stakeholders. The team is responsible for the development of critical components together with the suppliers as well as for quality management, continuous improvement, root cause analysis and qualifications for purchased components. Through successful supplier development, we strive for a zero-defect mentality in all phases of the product supply chain to ensure that components are delivered on time and according to specification.

Your Responsibilities:
* Support the qualification of new suppliers and purchased parts
* Participate in root cause analysis projects for defects of purchased parts
* Work closely with the supply chain team to track and communicate design changes and new product introductions
* Support and independently manage supplier quality improvement projects
* Assist with supplier audits and improvement of internal processes
Your Profile:
* Ongoing or recently completed technical degree (Bachelor/Master) or higher technical college (e.g. Austrian HTL)
* Independent, structured, and analytical working style
* Good communication skills and enjoyment of teamwork
* First knowledge in project or quality management and familiarity with MS Office applications
* Excellent command of English; strong German skills are desirable
* A valid work permit for Austria is a prerequisite for this position (Non-EU citizens: please attach the work permit to the application)
The internship is a full-time position for at least 6 months. The base pay is composed of the amount according to the Austrian collective agreement which is at least EUR 2.698,59 gross per month (x 14).
