Job Introduction
Frequentis Group with headquarters in Vienna is an international supplier of communication and information systems for control centres with safety-critical tasks. In the role of Quality Manager for the areas of New Business Development and the Accelerator Hub, you transfer established quality and review models from delivery and product environments to new business contexts, adapt them as needed, and further develop them. In doing so, you identify areas for improvement and drive their implementation together with the respective departments.
Key Tasks
* Quality planning in collaboration with project managers to ensure project objectives are met
* Execution of quality assurance measures based on the quality plan (e.g., quality gates, reviews, audits)
* Supporting projects in implementing applicable processes, customer requirements, and regulatory standards
* Identifying improvement potential and steering the implementation of corresponding measures
* Acting as an interface to customers and internal stakeholders on quality-related topics
Key Qualifications
* Technical education (e.g., HTL) or a degree in a technical field (University of Applied Sciences or Technical University)
* Solid knowledge of quality management with a focus on ISO 9001, along with relevant training (e.g., QM certification or auditor)
* Experience in project environments with a software or system development focus, ideally in a role with quality responsibility (e.g., Project Quality Management)
* Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
* Structured and independent way of working
* Analytical thinking and a solution-oriented mindset
