As our new Multi‑Site Service Manager, you’ll lead with energy and motivate your team to achieve financial and customer satisfaction goals.
Key Responsibilities
* Plan and oversee daily service department activities, driving improvement and maintaining high customer service standards
* Recruit and manage a high‑performing team
* Ensure operations meet brand standards
* Manage equipment and tool acquisitions
* Maintain reporting templates and track performance
* Approve sublets and purchase orders
The Ideal Candidate
* At least 3 years’ experience as a Service Manager in a similar automotive franchise
* Passion for customer service
* Excellent coaching and mentoring skills
* Ability to manage budgets and drive results
* Understanding of workplace safety policies
* Technical knowledge of automotive services
* Proven record in developing and implementing strategies
* Relevant technical qualifications and a current driver’s licence
