In the innovative "Special Lifting Solutions" division, new ideas are put into practice. Each new development undergoes a structured process through all necessary development phases – from the concept phase to series production. This diverse and challenging activity offers the opportunity to continuously contribute to process improvements, both in workflows and design.
Your Responsibilities
Develop innovative control concepts for hydraulic system solutions from design to implementation;
Develop customized solutions in close collaboration with customers and suppliers, adhering to harmonized standards;
Independent design and definition of hydraulic components and parts lists;
Collaboration with interdisciplinary teams to implement projects.
Your Qualifications
Completed training in mechanical engineering/mechatronics (HTL, FH, TU);
Experience in the development of hydraulic systems;
Experience with EPLAN Fluid, SAP, and in hydraulic simulation is an advantage;
A team-oriented personality, intercultural competence and a goal-oriented work ethic are required;
Fluent in written and spoken German and English.

We offer an attractive and performance-related salary based on your qualifications and professional experience, which for this position can be significantly higher than the collective agreement (the collective agreement minimum based on full-time employment is EUR 52,197.04 gross per year).
