In this role, you will be responsible for the operation and development of the Group's compliance management systems.
* You will consolidate existing measures, processes, and systems into one global compliance management system, taking into account regulatory and enforcement trends as well as case law.
* You will also be responsible for implementing tools and controls to promote group-wide collaboration, monitoring, and reporting obligations.
* In addition, you will work in a matrix with colleagues from different markets and senior stakeholders to provide central oversight of the effectiveness of the management systems.
* You will be part of a global compliance and risk organization.
* Providing guidance and advice on compliance issues completes your remit.
Your Profile
The requirements of the role include:
* You have a Bachelor’s degree in law, business, data, information technology, or a related field.
* As a Compliance Expert, you have at least 1-3 years of experience in a compliance role.
* You have in-depth knowledge of compliance standards and regulations, in particular EU law.
* You are business fluent in English.
* An analytical way of thinking and the ability to work on complex issues independently is a matter of course for you.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and cross-functional collaboration abilities set you apart.

Remuneration
Gross annual salary starting from € 54.300*
*willingness to overpay with appropriate qualification.
