As a leading company in the industry, the AUSTRIA JUICE Group is appreciated by customers for its expertise in the development of innovative beverage concepts and high-quality food & beverage ingredients.For our location in Allhartsberg, Lower Austria, we are looking for a motivated personality ready to join our Sales department as Sales Manager (all genders).YOUR MISSIONResponsibility for the sales of fruit juice concentrates and direct juices, as well as for Key Account Management with a focus on existing and new customers in the defined sales regionInspire enthusiasm for AUSTRIA JUICE products and build sustainable customer relationshipsIdentify, develop, and successfully leverage business opportunitiesAct in a solution-oriented manner and proactively manage strategic customer projectsMaintain and expand the existing customer base: handle inquiries, provide on-site personal support, and deliver professional presentationsIndependent complaint management: efficient handling and sustainable resolution of customer complaintsAnalyze, evaluate, and optimize customer and market potentialContinuously expand the customer and product portfolio and actively contribute to the strategic development of new and existing marketsWork closely and coordinate internally with central departments such as Purchasing, Production, Quality Assurance, and Product DevelopmentRepresent AUSTRIA JUICE at international trade and product fairsYOUR BACKGROUNDCompleted degree in Business Administration with strong numerical skills2–3 years of professional experience, ideally in the FMCG sector, the food industry, and B2B businessSolid economic understanding and affinity for numbersStrong sales orientation, persuasive personality, and excellent negotiation and closing skillsHigh social intelligence, empathy, and ability to work well in a teamProactive, independent working style with the drive to build and achieve successWillingness to travel internationally (30–40%)Business-fluent German and English; additional foreign languages are an advantage​YOUR BENEFITS AT AUSTRIA JUICEAn exceptionally collegial team and a great working atmosphereAs part of an international group, we guarantee job security and development opportunitiesJob bike leasing and public transport ticket subsidyChildcare allowanceFinancial support for lunch provided by the employerCompany car and variable bonusWe are legally required to state the minimum salary for this position (Collective Agreement for the Food Industry, beverages, starting from VWG IV nach 2: EUR 3.477,13 per month) – we will discuss the actual compensation togetherCONTACTNadia RazzaghiHR Business Partner Find out more about AUSTRIA JUICE and also visit us on LinkedIn.As a global company, we are very proud of our diverse workforce and attach great importance to equal opportunity and diversity.
