Responsibilities
* Develop, implement, and execute Spare and Wear Parts (SWP) sourcing strategies with a focus on sustainability and competitiveness.
* Manage and negotiate Mondi Group agreements for the SWP.
* Ensure a contractual framework for cost-efficient and reliable supply of goods/services.
* Manage effective communication and alignment between all stakeholders.
* Ensure the needs of stakeholders in terms of Total Cost of Ownership (TCO), quality, service, innovation, and risk mitigation are met.
* Develop Market Intelligence information and manage budget initiatives.
Your profile
* 3–5 years of work experience in the pulp & paper industry or similar industries is advantageous.
* An economic and/or technical education (University Degree or other technical education, e.g., HTL) is required.
* Fluency in English with strong negotiation skills; German or other local language skills are desirable.
* Strong hands-on mentality, self-driven, and motivated personality.
* Conceptual and analytical skills with a communicative and open-minded personality.
* Ability to work with different cultures and discuss basic technical requirements with mills.
* Willingness to travel worldwide to paper mills and suppliers (approximately 30%).
* Advanced computer/IT skills.
* Collaborative and supportive team player who can prioritize tasks.
