THE TASKS AWAITING YOU
1. project controlling in cross-functional projects
2. tracking the project budget for the entire motorsport sector
3. supporting monthly and annual financial closings in close coordination with corporate controlling
4. planning and preparing forecasts and budgets
5. continuous development of controlling instruments
6. creating, analyzing, and reporting financial and project KPIs
7. ongoing monitoring and improvement of existing CO processes
8. ad-hoc reporting and resolving operational or process-related issues
9. regular coordination with corporate controlling and close collaboration with management
HOW YOU CAN INSPIRE US
10. successfully completed degree or comparable qualification in business administration with a focus on controlling
11. min. 3 years of professional experience in controlling within a manufacturing company or motorsport industry
12. strong expertise in MS Office and an ERP system (preferably SAP)
13. high affinity for motorsport and intrinsic motivation to develop new optimization strategies
14. a high level of passion, commitment, and determination, along with strong organizational skills
15. fluency in German and English, both written and spoken
16. strong communication skills and an open-minded personality with a high level of team spirit
17. analytical and solution-oriented mindset with a structured, methodical, and precise approach
