About the Role
As a
Business Analyst / Commercial Finance Analyst (m/f/d),
you will play a key role in supporting our Finance and Sales teams by delivering accurate reporting, insightful analysis, and driving the use of business intelligence tools across the organisation. You will work on exciting projects, help optimise processes, and contribute to strategic decision-making in an international environment.
Your Remit Will Include, But Not Limited To:
* Preparing monthly and adhoc reports and analyses for Finance and Sales within set deadlines
* Creating and maintaining Power BI reports
* Ensuring consistent, high-quality data management
* Supporting local teams to increase the usage of business intelligence tools
* Providing training and guidance to stakeholders for preparing customer budgets and forecasts using the common tool
* Testing, implementing, and further developing statistical models for the customer budget and forecast tool
* Managing and following up on projects
* Coordinating with stakeholders and collaborating with other departments (Sales, Marketing, IT, etc.)
About You
* University degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field (preferred)
* 1-3 years of experience in controlling, sales controlling, business analysis, or similar functions (preferred)
* Strong knowledge of Power BI and MS Excel; willingness to work with various IT systems and tools and ability to handle large data-sets
* Fluency in English (mandatory)
* A team player with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* Proactive, strategic, and analytical mindset; results-oriented, accountable, and confident in challenging situations with strong problem-solving abilities

* A competitive salary starting at €45,301.34 gross per year (collective agreement minimum salary based on 38 hours/week), with the possibility of over-payment depending on your qualifications and experience
