What You'll Do
Customer Support: Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
Booking Assistance: Support customers with reservations, changes, cancellations, and payments
Problem Solving: Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally
Quality & Accuracy: Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with procedures
High-Volume Interaction: Manage multiple customer interactions daily with empathy and care
Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to maintain high service standards
What You'll Bring
Language Skills: C1/C2 level of Croatian and good level of English
Customer-First Mindset: Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Experience: Previous customer service or hospitality experience is a plus
