Your area of responsibility:
Drive international new business acquisition across retail and brand sectors
Develop and execute market entry and expansion strategies
Identify and convert new client opportunities, managing the full sales cycle from initial contact to contract closure
Build, develop and maintain long‑term relationships with key decision‑makers
Collaborate closely with Operations and Technical teams to ensure feasibility, costing accuracy and smooth project handover
Work with Marketing to support positioning, presentations, and go‑to‑market initiatives
Negotiate commercial terms and ensure profitability targets are achieved
Monitor market developments, competitor activity and emerging trends
Represent ARIAN at international client meetings
Key Objectives & Success Measures:
Achievement of annual sales and profit targets
Growth of new international accounts
Sustainable revenue development and margin performance
Successful onboarding of new clients into ARIAN’s production and operational structure
Strong collaboration across internal departments
Your background:
Proven track record in international B2B sales, ideally within print, POS, retail or manufacturing environments
Demonstrated success in new client acquisition
Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
Technical understanding of production processes and materials
Strategic mindset with hands‑on execution capability
Excellent English skills; additional languages are an advantage
High willingness to travel internationally
