Stellenbeschreibung
* Betreuung und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung der SCADA-Systeme mit Fokus auf datengetriebene Optimierung und Anbindung der Renewable Energy Assets
* Sammlung, Analyse und Interpretation von Anlagedaten aus den Hybrid-Parks (Wind, PV und Speicher) zur gezielten Störungsanalyse und Pflege der Instandhaltungs-Datenbank
* Entwicklung und Implementierung von Machine Learning/KI-gestützten Modellen für Predictive Analytics/Maintenance und Prozessoptimierung
* Entwicklung und Implementierung von Monitoring- und Alerting-Systemen sowie Performance Dashboards für kontinuierliche Optimierung der Asset Performance
* Mitwirkung bei der Auswahl und Weiterentwicklung zukünftiger und bestehender SCADA-Tools, IoT-Technologien und Cloud-Lösungen
* Entwicklung und Implementierung von Betriebsführungs- und Instandhaltungskonzepten
* Aufbereitung von betrieblichen Learnings und Rückkopplung im Sinne des Qualitätsmanagements in Richtung Projektentwicklung und Projektabwicklung
* Not- und Bereitschaftsdienste sowie Ablegung der Prüfung für die Schaltberechtigung
Qualifikationen
* Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (HTL, FH, Universität) mit Schwerpunkt Elektrotechnik, Mechatronik, Regelungstechnik oder vergleichbarer Qualifikation
* Fundierte Kenntnisse in Datenanalyse und Machine Learning/AI von Vorteil
* Mindestens 5 Jahre einschlägige Erfahrung im Bereich von Erneuerbaren Energieanlagen (Windenergie- und/oder Photovoltaikanlagen)
* Erfahrung mit Predictive Analytics, Condition Monitoring und Zeitreihen im Bereich Renewable Energy & Utilities von Vorteil
* Gute EDV-Kenntnisse, Affinität zu Datenstrukturen und Datenanalysen
* Strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise, gepaart mit Teamfähigkeit und Kommunikationsstärke
* Bereitschaft zur kontinuierlichen Weiterbildung
* Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse, gute Englischkenntnisse
* Körperliche Eignung, absolute Schwindelfreiheit (für Einsätze bei Windkraftanlagen)
* Bereitschaft zu Außeneinsätzen, primär im Raum Burgenland

Das Dienstverhältnis besteht in Vollbeschäftigung zur BE Energy GmbH, die Entlohnung erfolgt entsprechend dem gültigen Kollektivvertrag für Angestellte der EVU Österreichs und beträgt monatlich mindestens brutto € 4.192,13 mit Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung bei entsprechender Qualifikation und Erfahrung.
