What you bring with you * Background:5 years of software engineering experience, ideally withinregulated industries(e.g., finance, public sector, or logistics). * AI Expertise:Proven track record in designingRAG architecturesandagentic frameworks (e.g., Microsoft Agent Framework, Google Agent Development Kit), including familiarity withagents.mdconfigurations andadvanced prompting(e.g., CoT, Few-Shot, ReAct, and Prompt Chaining). * The .NET Stack:Expert-levelC and .NETskills, with hands-on experience inDocker, Kubernetes, and theAzure AI ecosystem. * Fluency in Python: Ability to work with data science notebooks, and leverage Python-based AI tooling. * Modern Protocols:Practical knowledge of standards likeMCPandA2Acommunication patterns. * Model Knowledge:Experience deployingOpen Source models(e.g., Llama, Mistral, or Gemma). * Education & Certs:A technical degree (BSc/MSc) and relevantMicrosoft AI certifications(e.g., Azure AI Engineer Associate). * Languages:MinimumGerman B1 levelfor internal collaboration and fluent English skills.
