Procurement Manager

Core Responsibilities
Lead procurement projects with a focus on eProcurement and process optimization; act as a key representative of Global Procurement in cross‑functional business initiatives.
Drive change‑management activities and develop training programs to support the adoption of new processes and tools.
Create, maintain, and manage information for internal and external stakeholders via platforms such as SharePoint and the ABB Intranet.
Plan and evaluate strategic initiatives related to Procurement Excellence and Digital Transformation in close collaboration with the Global Procurement Leadership Team.
Drive and support initiatives for Process Excellence, Digital Transformation & Reporting (PEDT&R), including License to Operate topics, administrative activities, and execution of compliance controls.
Key Qualifications
Approx. 3–5 years of professional experience in Information Systems or Procurement with strong technical understanding.
Solid understanding of project‑management fundamentals; advanced expertise is a plus.
Solid knowledge of SAP MM; familiarity with other eProcurement tools and SAP customising experience is a plus.
Strong communication skills in German and English (both mandatory).
Highly organized and structured work approach, with strong attention to detail.
Open‑minded, eager to learn, and resilient mindset.
The minimum compensation, in accordance with the electrical and electronics industry collective agreement, is 3 775,27 EUR monthly for a full‑time position as of May 2025.
