Key Responsibilities
* Prepare, cook, and present high‑quality In‑Room Dining dishes in accordance with the Ritz‑Carlton standards.
* Maintain mise en place and ensure all menu items are prepared and available for seamless service throughout operating hours.
* Work closely with the Sous Chef and culinary team to ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and portion control.
* Ensure all orders are prepared accurately and delivered within established service time standards.
* Uphold food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards at all times.
* Monitor stock levels, minimize waste, and assist with ordering and inventory control.
* Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work environment within the In‑Room Dining kitchen section.
* Collaborate closely with the In‑Room Dining service team and other culinary outlets to ensure a seamless guest experience.
* Demonstrate a strong understanding of guest preferences, dietary requirements, allergen awareness, and special requests.
* Ensure all dishes are prepared with meticulous attention to detail, reflecting the luxury standards and personalized service expected by our guests.
* Contribute to menu development, seasonal offerings, and continuous improvement initiatives within the In‑Room Dining operation.
Your Qualifications
* Previous experience in a similar role within a luxury hotel or fine dining environment.
* Strong knowledge of breakfast cuisine, classical cooking techniques, and contemporary presentation.
* Passion for hospitality and excellence in guest service.
* Ability to work early morning shifts and thrive in a dynamic, fast‑paced setting.
* Culinary degree or relevant professional training preferred.
* Excellent communication skills in German or English and a collaborative approach.

The statutory gross minimum remuneration for this full‑time position is €2,263.00 per month. A higher salary may be offered depending on your qualifications and experience.
