Senior Project Manager for EPCMv projects in process plant engineering (m/f/d)

We are passionate about innovation and are looking for an experienced project manager to lead medium to large projects in the process industry.
As a Senior Project Manager, you will utilize your organizational, communication, and leadership skills to drive projects forward. Your responsibilities include budget management, team leadership, project planning, stakeholder communication, and ensuring safety and quality standards.
Your tasks include:
* Responsibility for executing medium to large-scale projects successfully
* Defining project execution strategies
* Leading and steering the project team
* Acting as the main contact to the customer project manager
* Initiating cost, risk, and schedule control and reporting
* Ensuring safety and compliance with EHS requirements
* Maintaining adherence to company procedures, standards, and quality
* Managing scope, change, and risk at all levels
* Managing workflow and internal communications
* Negotiating with customers and suppliers, managing contracts
Our requirements:
* Technical degree in process engineering, biotechnology, chemistry, plant or mechanical engineering, or similar
* Project management training or certification is a plus
* Several years of relevant EPCM project experience in the process industry
* Strong technical and economic understanding of project processes
* Excellent communication and organizational skills
* Team-oriented, committed, flexible, and proactive
* Assertiveness and ability to work across disciplines
* Fluent in English; German is an advantage
* Willingness to travel within Europe
