The Role
As a Partner Manager for the DACH region, you will support and grow relationships with existing Tier 1 and Tier 2 channel partners while helping identify and onboard new partners across the region. This role is well-suited to someone early in their partner or channel career who enjoys working cross-functionally and supporting partner-led sales efforts. You’ll act as a key point of contact between partners and internal teams, helping ensure partners are enabled, supported, and successful throughout the sales cycle.
Key Responsibilities
* Support day-to-day relationships with existing channel partners
* Assist with onboarding and enablement of new partners
* Help partners navigate sales cycles, from initial opportunity through close
* Coordinate with internal sales, technical, and product teams to support partner needs
* Contribute to the creation of partner enablement and sales support materials
* Clearly communicate product value and use cases to partners and customers
Skills & Experience
* Around 3 years’ experience in partner management, channel sales, or a related commercial role
* Exposure to IoT, telematics, GPS tracking, or hardware–software solutions preferred
* Ability to understand technical products and explain their value in customer-friendly terms
* Comfortable supporting partner-led or indirect sales models
* Strong communication skills and a collaborative working style
* Organized, proactive, and eager to learn and grow within a partner-focused role
