We expect you to be a versatile team player and a results-driven go-getter with positive attitude.AufgabenKey Responsibilities:Supports the General Manager on the monthly closing, reporting, budgeting and forecasting activities of the Hotel, ensuring the production of complete, accurate and timely information, not being limited to solely financial information.Supports the review of monthly operating results, assisting and distributing the consolidated Hotel results´ to Hotel Management/ Owners and assisting in their interpretation and in developing appropriate on-going actions and business responses.Assists General Manager on implementing and compliance of RHG's policies and procedures, RHG's reporting and RHG's endorsed systems (choice and set up) which guarantees the integrity and accurate presentation of financial results and operational KPI's. This will include ensuring that finance related processes are appropriately documented.This will include ensuring all contractual obligations are being adhered to both towards Operator and Owners, identifying deviations and escalating such issues to the Area Support Office Coordinates and supports the activities of the General Manager and Department Heads, through effective regular communication and meetings as required.Co-ordinates and supports –where applicable- the activities of the external (Accounting) service providers and Retained Finance organization through effective and regular communication and meetings as required.Supports the Regional Financial Controller on ensuring risk management in the Hotels through Internal Audit & insurance compliance. Ensures that operations are in accordance with management and leased contracts, deviations and changes adequately reported on.Supports assigned Hotel on securing audit, insurance and IMA compliance.Prepares and updates monthly CAP Utilization (Actual & Forecast) and Intercompany Transactions (Forecast only) for assigned hotel.Performs other duties and responsibilities as required or requested.QualifikationProfessional Finance/Economy Qualification and a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience within the finance departmentHotel Financial Controller or similar, with previous experience of responsibility for a minimum of two business units.Autonomous working style and self-motivational skillsQuality oriented (accurate, timely) analytical problem solver and anticipating potential implications and issuesOrganized and systematic; paying attention to detailsControlling skills and knowledge of controlling and reporting tools and systemsYes I Can attitude and able to work under pressureExcellent ability to communicate verbal and written, fluently and concisely in German as well as EnglishBenefitsWe aim to be as good a place to work as we are to stay.
