Your role at RBI
1. Assist in advising and supporting corporate financial distress situations through detailed financial due diligence, collaborating with stakeholders like consultants, lawyers, and financing partners. This includes: Analyzing business models and financial standings to identify key issues. Creating and maintaining financial models and developing risk mitigation strategies to rehabilitate clients and minimize bank losses. Continuously assessing the bank’s risk and collateral positions in distressed loan situations.
2. Engage in monitoring, reporting, and supporting early risk prevention schemes.
3. Contribute to innovation in workout processes through digital transformation and data analysis, and participate in cross-functional projects.
4. Stay updated on regulatory developments impacting NPEs and risk cost management, supporting workout-related stakeholder requests.
Your core competencies
1. University degree in business administration, economics, finance, legal, or similar, with some lending experience in Corporate Banking or Risk/Workout.
2. Analytical skills, basic corporate finance, and financial modeling abilities.
3. Passion for working with risk and financial data, and readiness to apply technical and IT skills for strategic developments.
4. Basic knowledge of NPE regulatory requirements and understanding of corporate finance and banking products.
5. Proactive attitude, ownership to resolve issues, and a “thinking out of the box” mindset.
6. Excellent English communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. German fluency preferred.
