Responsibilities
You will lead and manage national and international development projects in the following areas:
* Environmentally friendly components and systems for stationary and mobile cooling, heating, and thermal management
* Innovative components (especially scroll compressors) for various mobile and stationary applications
* Innovative, environmentally friendly cooling solutions for data centers and AI servers
Qualifications
* Successfully completed technical degree
* At least 5 years of professional experience in the automotive or industrial sector, including initial experience with customer projects
* Very good German and English language skills
* Very good MS Office skills (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
* Willingness to deliver customer presentations and travel as required
* Experience in heat pump technology, thermal management, and mechanical design (Creo) is an advantage
