What You’ll Do Lead Backend Development : Design and implement high‑performance backend features using .NET (C++/C#) with a strong focus on scalability, reliability, and long‑term maintainability.
Drive Code Quality : Champion software engineering best practices, actively reduce technical debt, and ensure the codebase remains clean, robust, and future‑proof.
Architect Database Solutions : Design, develop, and optimize relational database solutions to support efficient and resilient data management.
Collaborate Across Teams : Work closely with cross‑functional teams – including Device Software, Webshops, QA, and DevOps – to deliver high‑quality software on time.
Ensure Seamless Integration : Take ownership of end‑to‑end delivery, from design and development through integration and operation of interfacing components.
What You Bring Multiple years of professional experience with .NET Framework / .NET Core (C# and C++).
Solid expertise in MSSQL and relational database design.
Hands‑on experience with GIT, CI/CD pipelines, and Jira.
Strong command of software engineering best practices: SOLID principles, design patterns, and modular architecture.
Structured analytical thinking for solving complex system challenges.
Clear technical communication skills and a collaborative working style.
Fluent written and spoken English; German language skills are a plus.
