* Strong knowledge of the tourism industry, tour operators and leisure markets
* Ideally an existing network of companies and agencies for incentives and group travel
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills as well as a talent for networking and relationship building.
* Independent, results-oriented approach to work and strong organizational skills.
* Very good knowledge of German and English; other languages are an advantage.
* High degree of flexibility and willingness to travel.
* Customer acquisition and support: building and maintaining relationships with tour operators, travel agencies and other B2B customers in the leisure segment.
* Sales and revenue growth: Development and implementation of sales strategies, negotiation of prices and creation of individual group offers- Market analysis and strategy: Analysis of market trends, customer needs and competitive activities to optimize our sales activities.
* Setting up / planning events to incentivize bookings in the off-season.
* Representation of the company: Participation in trade fairs, workshops, sales trips and events to acquire new customers.
* Reporting and target tracking: Preparation of sales reports and monitoring of targets with appropriate measures
