* Responsible for BMS Sensor product portfolio incl. product roadmap
* Collect, benchmark, and analyze new applications and product requirements for our Battery Management Sensor Solutions
* Define new sensor products, e.g. BMS-related sensors products
* Create in alignment with product marketing a Go-to-market strategy for new products
* Manage portfolio during complete product lifecycle, incl. initiation of new product development, product changes and discontinuations
* Optimize margins, including aligning price ranges with marketing and sales teams as well as initiating cost down activities
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or a related field of study
* > 3 years relevant professional experience in product management or product marketing or similar functions
* Strong experience in Battery management systems
* Good social and intercultural competencies
* Experience in automotive market beneficial
* Capability to lead controversial discussions with stakeholders and customers
* Hands-on mentality
* Ability to thrive in fast paced dynamic environment
* Professional working proficiency in English and German
* Willingness to travel up to 20%

* Bachelor- oder Masterabschluss in Elektrotechnik, Physik oder einem verwandten Studienfach
* Mehr als 3 Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung im Produktmanagement, Produktmarketing oder in ähnlichen Funktionen
* Fundierte Erfahrung im Bereich Batteriemanagementsysteme
* Gute soziale und interkulturelle Kompetenzen
* Erfahrung im Automobilmarkt von Vorteil
* Fähigkeit, kontroverse Diskussionen mit Stakeholdern und Kunden zu führen
* Hands-on-Mentalität
* Fähigkeit, in einem dynamischen und schnelllebigen Umfeld erfolgreich zu agieren
* Verhandlungssichere Englisch- und Deutschkenntnisse
* Reisebereitschaft bis zu 20%
