Manage national and international projects to deliver impactful solutions.
Communicate openly with trading companies to identify user needs and serve as the key link between them and the development team.
Oversee the entire software development process, from brainstorming and solution design to implementation, testing, rollout, and ongoing support.
Conduct market analyses and participate in tender meetings to identify optimal solutions for our products.
Qualifikationen
Solid IT skills backed by relevant education and several years of experience as a business analyst (m/f/x) or in project management
A strong team player with excellent communication abilities
Familiarity with agile methodologies such as Kanban and Scrum is a plus
Basic knowledge of JIRA and Confluence is advantageous
Experience with CRM tools like Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Bloomreach, Emarsys, etc.
Self-organized, fast adaptability and good analytical skills
Fluent in English, both written and spoken
