Responsibilities

Understanding and gathering customer requirements with a focus on quality

Product monitoring in the field within the quality context

Management of complex customer complaints in interdisciplinary teams

Handling customer complaints in close cooperation with the responsible quality managers

Management of customer audits

Monitoring product‑related KPIs and, if necessary, coordinating the corresponding activities

Main point of contact for customers regarding quality‑related matters

Overall responsibility for the completion of quality assurance agreements

Representing the company towards customers in matters of quality management and product quality

Organizing and conducting systematic quality meetings with strategic customers

Final approval of quality‑related statements issued to customers

Qualifications

Completed technical education (university, university of applied sciences, or higher technical college with several years of professional experience) combined with a business‑oriented background

Ideally several years of professional experience in the field of quality management

Ideally experience and knowledge regarding ISO certifications

Experience with SAP is an advantage

Good command of German and English, both written and spoken

Open and communicative personality

Strong problem‑solving skills, sense of responsibility, self‑organization, and ability to work in a team
