* Design, implement, and explore AI-driven solutions that create sustainable business value.
* Work closely with other teams on integrations and data flows across platforms such as SharePoint, CRM, Confluence, ERP, and Power BI.
* Analyse requirements and structure automation use cases with stakeholders.
* Support and empower colleagues to use AI tools through guidance, best practices, and knowledge sharing.
* Ensure end-to-end quality, stability, and maintainability.
* Research and assess AI technologies, stay current with trends, and recommend the best tools for our needs.
