Join our Off Premise Trade Marketing Team as an International eCommerce & Shopper Activation Manager at our Global HQ in Salzburg, Austria!
Responsibilities
* Take ownership of the DiPo portfolio, working closely with Operations and TV Insights/Red Tech to maintain and develop hardware and support tools, define strategic direction, and oversee the development and troubleshooting team.
* Collaborate with brand marketing to create interactive DiPo solutions aligned with global campaigns, define content guidelines, and develop market-ready assets with internal teams and external agencies.
* Provide strategic guidance for e-commerce platforms, develop digital trade marketing assets, support local markets, and ensure alignment with global POS toolkits. Guide design agencies for campaign content and innovate shopper engagement strategies.
* Support markets by providing feedback on online campaigns to optimize regional performance.
Minimum Requirements
* University degree in Marketing, Trade Marketing, Digital Marketing, or related fields
* Excellent command of English
* Minimum 5+ FMCG experience in Sales, Marketing, Trade Marketing, or E-Commerce within beverages
* Proven Trade Marketing and E-commerce experience
* Interest in new technologies and digital trends
* Solution-oriented, creative, strategic thinker
* Excellent communication skills, culturally adaptable
* Advanced PowerPoint skills; Photoshop experience preferred
* Understanding of sales landscape
* Self-motivated, flexible, able to work under pressure
* Travel 0-10%
