Responsibilities
* Planning, management and coordination of commissioning & start‑up activities for large‑scale green hydrogen plants in an EPC context.
* Leading the ANDRITZ commissioning team and vendor personnel on site.
* Acting as the single point of contact for all internal and external stakeholders regarding commissioning.
* Coordinating all necessary interfaces with the customer and other involved parties relevant for commissioning & start‑up.
* Providing input to the project schedule and progress reporting for commissioning.
* Planning resources according to contractual specifications/requirements and aligning them with the project cost budget.
* Reporting and documenting deviations and developing mitigation measures.
* Planning and executing regular commissioning meetings and participating in customer coordination meetings.
* Ensuring full compliance with ANDRITZ requirements for health, safety and environmental (HSE) and execution quality.
* Guiding young engineers and proactively sharing best practice and knowledge.
Qualifications
* More than 10 years of experience in commissioning of process plants in the oil & gas, petrochemical, or power plant industry.
* Engineering degree in mechanical or electrical engineering.
* Experience in leading technical and multicultural teams.
* Good understanding of process, electrical, and automation engineering for industrial plants.
* Strong leadership skills with a goal‑oriented mindset.
* Ambition for new technology and industry in a fast‑paced environment.
* Strong communication and conflict‑management skills.
* Resilient and flexible personality.
* Willingness to travel >80%.

In Austria we are legally obliged to announce at least a gross monthly salary of € 4 630,71 per month for this position. Depending on qualifications and professional experience, we offer a market‑based salary.
