Marketing Manager (all genders) – Steigenberger Herrenhof, Vienna
This role can be filled on a full‑time or part‑time basis (minimum 30 hours per week).
Your Tasks
* Develop and implement the annual marketing plan for Rooms, F&B, and MICE, including market analysis and identification of local opportunities.
* Design and execute campaigns to drive direct bookings, boost F&B revenue, and promote meeting and event spaces.
* Ensure consistent and optimized content across all channels (website, OTA, social media, Google) while partnering with Sales & Revenue on demand‑generating initiatives.
* Manage social media presence, digital campaigns (SEO, paid media, CRM), and performance tracking with a strong focus on ROI.
* Build and maintain relationships with media and influencers, coordinating PR activities, events, and press visits in line with brand standards.
* Monitor campaign effectiveness, provide regular reports to the GM, and contribute insights and recommendations to Commercial Meetings.
Your Profile
* Strong content creation and production skills with a focus on quality and accuracy.
* Experience working with web content management systems (e.g., Strapi or similar).
* Familiarity with managing and posting across social media platforms.
* High attention to detail paired with strong organizational and communication skills.
* Ability to work efficiently with ticketing systems, shared inboxes, and content trackers (Excel, Jira).
* Basic knowledge of digital marketing or hospitality content is considered an advantage.
