The Vienna property is housed in a historic building and offers 138 rooms and suites, an elegant restaurant, a sophisticated bar, a spa with treatment rooms, a swimming pool, a fitness centre, and flexible meeting and banquet spaces.
Responsibilities
* Complete a comprehensive 4‑year apprenticeship featuring intensive learning, personal development, and hands‑on practical experience.
* Support the preparation of high‑quality dishes and assist the kitchen team in daily operations.
* Gain insight into various kitchen areas (hot kitchen, cold kitchen, pastry, breakfast) to develop a thorough understanding of professional kitchen workflows.
* Gradually increase responsibility through rotations within the kitchen.
* Participate in daily kitchen operations, including mise en place, preparation, and support during service.
* Contribute to maintaining quality, hygiene, and safety standards in line with HACCP guidelines.
* Assist in daily restaurant operations such as service preparation, food and beverage service, and post‑service activities.
* Explore different service areas (à la carte, banquets, in‑room dining) for a comprehensive understanding of the hospitality industry.
* Develop professional service, communication, and teamwork skills in direct guest interaction.

* Successful completion of 9th grade.
* Enjoy working with people and providing excellent service.

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Apprenticeship Remuneration
* 1st year: €1,050 gross per month
* 2nd year: €1,180 gross per month
* 3rd year: €1,400 gross per month
* 4th year: €1,500 gross per month
