Deputy Operations Manager (m/f/x)
Responsibilities
* Responsibility for the smooth running of cable car operations
* Organization, work preparation and control activities
* Maintenance and servicing work on the ropeway technology and control system
* Ensuring efficient working methods and standardized processes
* Technical management and instruction of the operations and inspection team
* Active collaboration in the operations and auditing team
* Participation in the design of conversion and new construction projects
Qualifications
* Completed training as operations manager
* Several years of professional experience in ropeway operations or a technically managed company
* Technical understanding and solution-oriented thinking
* Enthusiasm for innovative technologies and modern ropeway systems
* Leadership skills and knowledge of electrical engineering an advantage
* High sense of responsibility, ability to work under pressure and motivation
* Willingness to work flexible hours
* Team spirit, passion for the mountains and enthusiasm for skiing
