Transport organisation: organise, control and monitor international transports
Relationship management: be the first point of contact for customers ranging from SMEs to well‑known global players, select and support transport partners
Purchasing and Sales: process tenders, calculate transport prices and conduct purchasing & sales negotiations
Market development: optimise the international flow of goods and strategically develop your business sector
Partner service: provide timely answers to questions about the transport process
Monitoring of success: regularly monitor performance using our management information system
Business trips: travel to our business partners throughout Europe
Qualifications: hold a degree in economics, languages or a similar field
Languages: speak Spanish (min. C1) and either German (min. B1) or fluent English (min. C1) and be willing to learn German
Trainee programme: start with tailor‑made education and training at WALTER ACADEMY, progressing to a central key player role

The minimum salary for this position – depending on qualification and experience – is €49,300 gross per year. The annual salary consists of 14 monthly salaries and a guaranteed bonus. Upon completion of the trainee programme we also offer a performance‑based bonus.
