Job Overview
TE Connectivity’s Financial Planning & Analysis teams develop, evaluate, and implement financial concepts for planning and control. They perform technical analyses to determine current and future financial performance. They gather, analyze, prepare, and consolidate recommendations for financial plans, acquisition activities, future requirement trends, and operational forecasts. The FP&A teams also conduct economic research and perform studies on returns, depreciation, working capital requirements, investment opportunities, asset performance, and the impact of regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities
* Manage general ledger activities and inventory accounting
* Participate in the budgeting process
* Provide information for planning activities
* Prepare variance analyses and regular reporting (various financial results and KPIs)
* Analyze cost‑saving potential
* Support the Plant Controller and closely collaborate and coordinate with internal departments
Qualifications
Solid commercial/finance education (ideally a Bachelor’s degree with a focus on Finance or Business Administration). At least 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment. Very good MS Office and SAP skills. Very good German and English skills. Structured, forward‑thinking personality with strong business orientation.
We are legally obliged to state the minimum salary for this position as stipulated in the collective agreement. This is currently €4040 gross per month (14 times per year, excluding shift allowances). A higher salary is possible depending on personal qualifications, education, and professional experience.
