Responsibilities Support the development and rollout of AI-powered features that enhance TeamViewer’s Endpoint Management, Remote Connectivity and Digital Employee Experience (DEX) products, working closely with experienced Product Managers and cross‑functional teams. Contribute to understanding users, customers, markets and competitors, especially where AI and data-driven approaches can solve concrete customer problems, under guidance from senior PMs. Assist in collecting, refining and documenting product requirements for AI features (epics, user stories, acceptance criteria) instead of fully owning the product backlog. Support discovery activities (user interviews, simple surveys, shadowing calls, basic data exploration) and summarize findings for the product team. Help maintain and prioritize parts of the backlog for AI use cases in collaboration with a Senior Product Manager or Product Owner. Participate in writing basic specifications for AI use cases and support delivery, testing coordination and release preparation (e.g. smoke tests, test case review, release notes draft).
