R&D Hardware Engineer for Mechatronic Systems, B&R Automation

This position reports to R&D Team Lead.
Your role and responsibilities
One of your responsibilities will be the design, development, and commissioning of electronic circuits for mechatronic systems. Additionally, you will develop complex projects for the ACOPOStrak linear transport system, from prototype phase to series production. Furthermore:
* Creation and supervision of product and design specifications
* Knowledge transfer within the department
* Implementation and support of final product tests and type approvals for the ACOPOStrak linear transport system
* Cross-team collaboration and coordination with external partners
Qualifications For The Role
* Solid technical education (HTL, FH, University) in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field
* Experience in design, development, and commissioning of electronic components and circuits
* Structured, detail-oriented, and able to manage workloads efficiently
* Effective communicator with an interdisciplinary mindset
* Motivated to grow and continuously expand knowledge
* Business-fluent German and English skills, both written and spoken
