About the Opportunity
We are seeking a dynamic Village Operations and Community Manager to serve as the strategic leader for multiple retirement villages within our designated region. This pivotal role focuses on enhancing residents' physical, emotional, and social well-being by delivering exceptional accommodation, lifestyle, and care services.
This role encompasses operational management including developing personalised support services, maintaining safe and secure environments, managing amenities and facilities, while fostering vibrant inclusive communities that encourage meaningful social connections among residents.
About You
We seek an adaptable and agile candidate who can balance immediate operational demands with strategic thinking, working within a cohesive senior leadership team to deliver both day-to-day excellence and value-added programs that enhance the overall resident experience.
This professional brings demonstrated experience from retirement living, property, or aged-care environments, with strong operational leadership skills and the ability to effectively engage residents, build stakeholder relationships, and collaboratively resolve complaints while maintaining village community cohesion.
Additionally, you will optimise operational efficiency across multiple locations while delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining high resident satisfaction, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and standards related to retirement living communities.
· National Police check.
· Tertiary qualification in property management, hospitality management, or business administration.
