This can be a Full-time (100%) or Part-time (80%) Position.
We are looking for a motivated Intern (Trainee) to join our Specialty & Hospital team for 9 months — whether you are a student, a recent graduate, or a professional seeking a temporary opportunity to expand your experience and skills.
In this dynamic position, you will support marketing activities, process optimization, project work, and analytical tasks, collaborating closely with multiple cross-functional teams across the organization.
Your Key Responsibilities
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Project & Process Support
Analyze, simplify, and optimize existing processes with a strong focus on digital efficiency
Apply your IT and systems skills to enhance workflows (MS Teams, Excel-based tools, structured templates)
Support coordination with Finance, Supply, Legal, and Market Access on hospital-related activities
Marketing & Business Support
Support the Tender Process: preparation, submission, follow-up of offers, and analysis of awarded tenders
Manage customer inquiries related to the hospital portfolio
Contribute to the development, review, and optimization of Hospital Account Plans
Assist with Promotional Material Clearances and support updates of the HCP portal
Presentation & Material Creation
Create professional PowerPoint presentations, including structure, storyline, and design
Build charts using ThinkCell (knowledge is an advantage)
Support the creation of marketing materials, reference documents, and visual content
Meeting & Congress Support
Assist with the organization and preparation of internal meetings, especially Cycle Meetings
Conduct research for new ideas, best-practice materials, and congress-related topics
Support submissions, coordination, and administrative tasks for congress participation
Documentation
Ensure accurate and compliance-compliant documentation of activities and processes
Essential Requirements
What you'll bring to the role:
Strong affinity for numbers and excellent analytical skills
High proficiency in MS Excel (data analysis, reporting, structured data processing)
Strong PowerPoint skills and ability to create clear, compelling presentations
Knowledge of ThinkCell, or willingness to learn quickly
Readiness and curiosity to fully leverage the MS Office / M365 ecosystem (MS Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, etc.) to improve and streamline existing processes
High IT affinity and motivation to optimize workflows through digital tools
Creative, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to challenge and enhance existing processes
Strong communication skills and enthusiasm for cross-functional collaboration
Fluent German and English (written & spoken)
Structured, independent, and reliable working style; project management experience is a plus
Suitable for students, graduates, or professionals seeking a fixed‑term assignment to broaden their skills and experience
High motivation, ownership, and curiosity to dive into complex topics (Tendering, Hospital Market, Compliance, Marketing)

In accordance with Austrian law, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary as stated in the collective bargaining agreement. For this position the minimum salary is EUR 34.673,1/year (on a full-time basis).
