YOUR JOB
You take full responsibility for our content strategy and, with editorial foresight, shape the thematic fields that make our expertise and depth of content visible in the market.
Your job's key responsibilities are:
Development and implementation of a content strategy that leverages AI-supported automations to scale our output without losing the Goldright expertise
Independent management of the editorial calendar and annual planning, bridging the gap between deep-dive technical research and rapid, automated distribution across all channels
Deep editorial immersion into our software solutions and technical concepts to create high-value content (white papers, industry research, webinars) that convinces experts
Proactively identifying and building automated marketing workflows (e.g., via HubSpot or AI agents) to make our lead generation as efficient and scalable as possible
Regularly creating and publishing expert blog posts on topics such as Master Data Management, Data Governance, and Data Strategy
Management and operational execution of the social media strategy (focus on LinkedIn, company & personal profiles) to increase engagement and solidify our MDM authority
Development of compelling Customer Success Stories that make significant cost optimizations and direct customer benefits tangible
Close partnership with the marketing, product and sales teams to provide content that powers HubSpot automations and personalized lead nurturing
Maintenance and optimization of sales collaterals and visual assets to guarantee a uniform brand identity
YOUR SKILLS
Relevant professional experience in content marketing, ideally in a B2B software or SaaS environment
You are an AI Native, fascinated by the rapid evolution of Agentic AI and LLMs. You don't just use ChatGPT; you think in terms of AI workflows and process automation
High technical affinity: You either bring technical prior knowledge or have the motivation to dive deep into complex IT topics to write high-quality \"deep-dive\" copy
Excellent communication skills in German and English, as well as outstanding copywriting skills
You don't wait for a briefing. You research, you experiment with new tools, and you \"look over the plate\" to see which global trends we should adopt next
Experience in planning, developing, and implementing content strategies that drive both branding and lead generation
Hands-on knowledge of CMS tools (esp. Storyblok) and marketing automation tools (esp. HubSpot) for lead management. Ideally, you have experience with No-Code/Low-Code tools (e.g., Zapier, Make) to connect AI into marketing processes
Sound knowledge of LinkedIn marketing (organic growth) and an understanding of SEO fundamentals
Ability to work strategically, conceptually, and in a structured manner – from the editorial plan to the finished asset
Absolute team player with a high degree of personal responsibility and a proactive way of working

The actual salary depends on your qualifications and experience. What is also important to us is to pay our employees an internally comparable salary. For legal reasons, we need to disclose the minimum annual salary for full time employment as stated in the current collective IT agreement, which is € 53,802 gross/year for this position.
