We're looking for a Principal Engineer to lead the design and delivery of scalable, secure, and highly available enterprise systems. This is a hands‑on leadership role, you'll set the technical direction, own the architecture, and ensure everything the team builds is aligned to target state.
What you'll do
* Lead the design of scalable, secure, and redundancy based solutions across the full stack
* Define and maintain target state architecture, ensuring delivery stays aligned through design reviews and governance
* Architect and implement solutions using OpenShift, RabbitMQ, .NET, and React
* Lead, mentor and provide technical direction to the engineering team
* Conduct code and design reviews to maintain quality and alignment to architectural standards
* Collaborate with product and architecture stakeholders to translate strategy into executable technical designs
* Champion engineering best practices across CI/CD, observability and automated testing
What we're looking for
* Proven experience as a Principal or Lead Engineer with a strong architecture and design focus
* Deep hands‑on experience with OpenShift or Kubernetes based container platforms in production
* Solid experience with message‑driven architectures using RabbitMQ or similar
* Strong command of .NET (C#) and React, able to review, guide, and contribute to production code
* Experience designing for high availability, fault tolerance, and disaster recovery at enterprise scale
* Track record of leading engineering teams and embedding quality through reviews and coaching
* Strong communicator, comfortable presenting technical recommendations to senior stakeholders
* Real architectural ownership, shape systems, not just contribute to them
