Responsibilities
* Take overall responsibility for origination and structuring of credit transactions across a range of infrastructure and energy sectors across EMEA, including market research, directing due diligence, preparation of credit committee papers and negotiation of documentation to completion of transaction.
* Manage client relationships through active client dialogue and transaction execution in cooperation with our origination and coverage teams.
* Analyze business models and oversee financial analysis and modeling.
* Supervise and train analysts and associates.
Requirements
* 7-10+ years experience in infrastructure and energy project finance, equity development finance, advisory or venture capital
* Strong commercial acumen with the ability to manage the deal from sourcing all the way to successful closing.
* Experience in debt and mezzanine structured finance is an advantage
* Superior analytical aptitude, creative problem-solving abilities.
* Solutions focused, with drive and determination to succeed in a competitive environment.
* Excellent communication and client facing skills.
In accordance with the collective agreement for bank employees and bankers, we guarantee remuneration that aligns with market standards and is tailored to your experience and qualifications. For this position, the yearly compensation starts at 100,000 euros.
