Job Description
Do you have in-depth experience in technical facility management and want to manage challenging projects independently? In this position, you will take on both the management of technical projects – from the definition of requirements to successful implementation – and technical responsibility for building services engineering and central supply systems.
* Managing technical projects independently, from defining requirements and planning to handover, including budget responsibility and comprehensive documentation.
* Developing and implementing innovative concepts for technical infrastructure and building services in collaboration with internal and external partners.
* Analyzing and evaluating technical requirements to develop reliable and sustainable solutions.
* Providing technical responsibility and operational support in technical facility management for air conditioning and refrigeration systems across over 80 buildings, including centralized cooling supply systems and heat pumps.
* Ensuring compliance with the F-Gas Regulation and all relevant legal, environmental, and safety standards.
* Analyzing system data to identify and implement optimization potential.
Profile Requirements
* Completed training (Secondary Technical College, University, University of Applied Sciences, University of Technology, or comparable) in building and energy technology, refrigeration technology, energy and environmental technology, or similar fields.
* At least 3 years of professional experience in managing and executing technical projects, preferably within building and technical infrastructure sectors.
* At least 3 years of experience in technical facility management, with a focus on air conditioning and refrigeration technology.
* In-depth knowledge of air conditioning and refrigeration systems and their technical requirements.
* Structured, independent, proactive work style with high initiative.
* Fluent in German and English.

Additional Information
Annual Remuneration: The gross annual salary for this full-time position is €65,000, in accordance with the Austrian Equal Treatment Act and classified under the Collective Agreement for Employees of Industry. We offer a market-competitive salary based on qualifications and experience.
