About Green Cube Vienna
Green Cube is a landmark new studiohouse development in Vienna, Austria, consisting of 319 fully furnished serviced studios with ensuite bathrooms (many with balconies), 36 underground parking spaces, and ~300sqm of commons areas on the ground floor with access to an inner courtyard. The property is expected go live between Q2 2026.
About the Role
As a Guest Experience Associate, you are the face of the property and play a key role in delivering a seamless, high-quality guest and resident experience. You operate the front desk, manage reservations, and ensure smooth daily operations in coordination with all departments.
Key Responsibilities
Guest & Resident Experience
* Deliver professional, friendly, and efficient check-in and check-out experiences
* Act as the main contact point for guests and long-stay residents
* Handle requests, complaints, and service recovery in a timely and solution-oriented manner
Front Desk Operations
* Manage reservations, bookings, and room allocation via PMS (MEWS preferred)
* Process payments, invoices, and daily cash handling
* Maintain accurate guest records and compliance documentation
Operational Coordination
* Liaise with housekeeping to ensure room readiness and quality standards
* Coordinate with maintenance for issue resolution
* Monitor room status, availability, and discrepancies
Commercial Awareness
* Promote and upsell services (e.g., café, parking, extensions)
* Support occupancy optimization through efficient room allocation
Compliance & Standards
* Follow all SOPs, safety procedures, and Austrian regulatory requirements
Qualifications
* Experience in hospitality, serviced apartments, or customer service
* Strong communication and problem-solving skillsFluency in English; German strongly preferred
* Experience with PMS systems (MEWS is a plus)
* Flexibility to work rotating shifts

Minimum salary of €2,263 (BG 3); willingness to pay above the minimum with relevant experience.
