Responsibilities
Organise, control and monitor international transports.
Serve as the first point of contact for customers ranging from SMEs to well‑known global players, and select, support and develop transport partners.
Process tenders, calculate transport prices and be solely responsible for purchasing and sales negotiations.
Analyse market data to optimise the international flow of goods and strategically develop the business sector.
Provide partner service by answering questions about the transport process.
Regularly monitor success using the management information system.
Travel to business partners throughout Europe as required.
Qualifications
Degree in economics, languages or a related field.
Very good Polish (minimum C1) and good English (B2). Knowledge of other European languages (Bosnian, Bulgarian, German, French, Italian, Croatian, Serbian, Slovenian, Ukrainian) is an advantage.
Proactive and results‑oriented attitude, capable of driving change and setting the pace.
Participation in the WALTER ACADEMY trainee programme, with step‑by‑step development into a key player in the department.

Salary and Benefits The minimum salary is €50,200 gross per year, paid over 14 monthly salaries and includes a guaranteed bonus. Upon completion of the trainee programme, a performance‑based bonus is offered.
Location The workplace is in Wiener Neudorf, on the outskirts of Vienna. A free shuttle service from Vienna is available, and assistance is provided in finding accommodation if necessary.
