What you’ll be doing
Own and elevate our brand identity across markets and channels in close partnership with UniCredit Group
Shape and deliver powerful communication strategies that resonate internally and externally
Manage creative, media, and PR agencies to bring campaigns to life
Lead sponsorships to boost our brand presence in culture, sports, and social initiatives
Drive visibility and reputation as a trusted leader in finance
Build and mentor a high‑performing team aligned with our vision
What you’ll need to succeed
A strategic thinker with 7–10 years of experience in brand management, marketing & corporate communication
A skilled storyteller with exceptional communication skills (written, verbal, visual)
An inspiring leader who can engage stakeholders at all levels
Experience in managing agencies, budgets, and sponsorships
Fluent in German & English, with a global and culturally sensitive outlook

For this position, the gross annual salary is up to EUR 140,000 (based on a 38.5‑hour work week). The exact amount depends on your qualifications and professional experience. We value your expertise and commitment – therefore, we will discuss your salary individually during the application process.
