YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Partnering with hiring managers to define search strategies for various roles and levels of seniority
2. Creating and publishing attractive, professional job postings
3. Managing recruitment and employer branding campaigns (events, offline advertisements, social media), in close alignment with Talent Attraction
4. Filling senior-level management and expert positions while executing the global recruiting process via SuccessFactors and training all involved parties
5. Participating in internal events, job fairs, and university career days, while tracking and reporting Recruiting and HR KPIs
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
6. Bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field and 3-5 years of experience in HR or recruitment
7. Excellent English and German skills; additional languages are an advantage
8. Strong communication skills and the ability to manage relationships with diverse stakeholders
9. Outstanding interviewing and diagnostic skills, paired with structured thinking and efficient self-organization
10. International mindset, intercultural competence, and openness to change

Minimum yearly gross salary according to Austrian metal industry collective agreement is EUR 52.,04 based on full-time employment. According to experience and qualification, we offer a market-conform overpayment.
