Social Media Community Manager - Global Channels
Location: Els‑Bethen, Austria.
Full‑time position with the Global Channels Team in Salzburg, Austria.
Responsibilities
* Shape and elevate the brand’s online presence, ensuring every interaction reflects the unique tone of voice and deepens audience connections.
* Manage all aspects of community management across social channels—crafting captions, handling replies, and ensuring authenticity.
* Lead strategy and execution on community‑driven platforms such as Reddit, LinkedIn, and broadcast channels, balancing brand authority with authenticity.
* Develop and execute engagement strategies to convert casual followers into fans and advocates through interactive content, surprise moments, and creative activations.
Qualifications
* 4+ years of experience in the social media industry, with deep knowledge of community building and audience engagement on platforms like Reddit and LinkedIn.
* Strong writing skills in fluent English; expertise in tone‑of‑voice management and authentic brand storytelling.
* Solid understanding of online culture, fandoms and social media behaviour.
* Creative, proactive and passionate team player focused on meaningful brand‑to‑fan relationships.
* Willingness to explore, innovate and try new approaches while maintaining authenticity and relevance.
* Travel 10‑20%.
Compensation
Minimum salary: €2,303 gross per month. The compensation package may be significantly higher based on market‑oriented salaries.
