About The Role:
A leading infrastructure provider seeks a meticulous Senior Document Controller to join their project team in Vienna, Austria. You'll play a vital role in project success by meticulously organizing and managing key project documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Master Compass software to manage all commissioning documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
2. Oversee company and project documents within a bespoke MEP project software.
3. Develop, implement, and maintain effective document control procedures.
4. Ensure all documentation adheres to format requirements and client/company standards.
5. Track outstanding documents through weekly progress reports and follow up with relevant personnel.
6. Distribute documents and information to internal teams, suppliers, and external parties as needed.
7. Conduct regular document audits to maintain accuracy and completeness.
8. Collect and archive files from various departments.
9. Utilize Compass software to streamline document organization and distribution within the company.
10. Contribute to timely project completion by ensuring documents are requested and delivered at the appropriate times.

What We're Looking For:
16. Experience using commissioning software.
17. Experience in the construction or data center industry.

19. Proficiency in EDMS systems like Compass.
