THE OPPORTUNITY
As the Key Account Manager, you will work closely with our franchise clients, providing data-driven insights and actionable pricing and business recommendations to boost profitability. You will explore factors influencing consumer purchase decisions at store, category, and item levels, sharing these insights with Franchisees and their management teams. This position is fully remote.
WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
You will be part of our European Consulting Services team, based in Austria, reporting to the Senior Consultant. You will manage multiple franchise accounts, building strong relationships with key corporate client contacts, and engaging with senior client personnel to discuss pricing strategies and ensure successful implementation across owned and franchised locations. WHAT YOU’LL DO
1. Manage franchise accounts and build relationships with key corporate contacts.
2. Create reports, presentations, and analyses in collaboration with your team.
3. Present insights and recommendations to clients and franchisees.
4. Facilitate pricing best practices and training on pricing tools, providing ongoing support for queries and ad-hoc requests.
5. Conduct regular meetings with franchisees to ensure understanding and adherence to revenue management strategies.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
* Native-level proficiency in Slovak or Czech, plus English; proficiency in German is required.
* At least 5 years’ experience in key account management, business analytics, consulting, consumer research, or revenue management.
* Proficiency with management information systems, including Excel and PowerPoint.
* Excellent written and presentation skills, with strong communication at all levels.
* Proven commercial acumen, storytelling ability, and analytical skills.
* Exceptional time management and organizational skills.
* This role is based in Austria, with frequent travel within Slovakia and Czech Republic, and occasional visits to Paris or London.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, or related fields.
* 3-5 years’ experience in hospitality or retail, preferably in revenue or account management.
